Its job is to turn separate capsules into a universal knowledge substrate by preserving source chains, claim relationships, provenance, contradiction context, and verification state.\n\nTarget:\nThe target is not casual retrieval. The target is rigorous curation that makes unsupported generation rare enough to be operationally negligible. The system should refuse or hedge when the Isnad chain is not strong enough.\n\nRequired structure for high quality capsules:\n- Atomic claims. Each important claim should be separable from surrounding narrative.\n- Source basis. Each claim should name the document, URL, dataset, observation, or owner authority that supports it.\n- Evidence grade. Claims should distinguish repository sourced, primary source, peer reviewed, official documentation, observed production data, secondary analysis, inference, opinion, and unknown.\n- Time scope. Claims should include knowledge as of dates when facts can change.\n- Domain scope. Medical, legal, financial, security, and deployment claims require stricter evidence and answer policy.\n- Contradiction links. Competing claims should be connected rather than silently averaged.\n- Lineage. Derived capsules should point to parent capsules and preserve what changed.\n- Limits.
